The Strap Pads with Special Shapes in Fleece are designed to pad  parts of the headgear and prevent embarrassing marks like the regular tube type pads, however these require a different approach than a simple tube type pad. These pads sometimes have velcro closures, or are shaped differently than the straight tubes. These are made of the same soft fleece and wash beautifully.
